TIN BRONZE (BC2,BC3)

Tin Bronze alloy is strong.The meterial have high wear resistance and low friction resistance.

Application: Bushing, Bearing, Sleeves, Pump Bodies, Impellers, Valves, Electrical appliance parts. 

 

LEADED RED BRASS (BC6, C83600)

The alloy is accepted widely for using in general machinery part. It is highly aqueous and atmospheric corrosion resistance, moderate strength and conductivity. High resistance to high pressure & abrasion, good machinability and castability. 

Application: Valves, Flanges, pipe fittings, water pump impellers, pump casting, bushing and bearing, sleeves

 

LEADED TIN BRONZE (LBC2, LBC3, LBC4, LBC5) 

The material makes excellent machining properties, good hardness and strength and wear resistance with excellent antifriction qualities.

Application: Bushing and Bearing, Washers for engines, Nuts, Part for steel mill maintenance, slide guides for steel mill, Bushing for high speed and heavy pressure. 

 

PHOSPHOR BRONZE(PBC2, PBC3) 

The material offers good shock resistance, excellent in corrosion and abrasion resistance. High strength and good machinability. 

Application: Gears, Bearings, Heavy load Bushes, sleeves Worm wheels. 

 

ALUMINUM BRONZE ALLOY (ALBC2, ALBC3) 

It is the most popular alloy known for its high yield and great tensile strength, resistance to corrosion, erosion & wear.

Application: Worn gear, Bushing, Bearing, Valve seat, Valve bodies, Valve guide, Propeller,Impeller, ship building. 

 

MANGANESE BRONZE ALLOY (HBSC2, HBSC3, HBSC4)

The meterial has high strength hardness and wear resistance. Good corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical qualities. 

Application: Sliding components of low speed and heavy load. Bushings, Worm gears, Slipper, Hydraulic cylinder components.
